Currently we do not have a On Campus Stadium. One is planned for 2010 and should be around 30K. Our current facility is lockhart Stadium which seats 20K and to be honest is incredably Suboptimal.
Currently the fan base does not travel well but that is to be expected with only having football for 8 years total. It grows every year.
We are in Palm Beach County, South Florida.

Is it going to be 30K in lastest draft ? I thought I read it was going to 18-20K. Got to start somewhere I guess, when did you start building, and who do you open against for the first home game.
Let's be honest anonymous, the plans for the stadium are pretty glum. There is no money coming into FAU and you guys are way off from your minimum down payment for the stadium. What is wrong with the idea of building a 15k-20k stadium with the ability to expand when the demand comes. You guys struggle to fill a lockhart every game. Maybe you guys can take some funds from the Obama stimulus package to build your stadium, just kidding.
